Last Updated: August 12, 2025

Introduction

AgentX.Network ("AgentX," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all users globally, including residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA") and California, and is designed to comply with laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). By accessing or using AgentX, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data and other information in order to provide and improve our Services. The types of information we may collect include:

  • Information You Provide to Us: When you register an account or use certain features (for example, signing up via email to access xPower features or to participate in airdrops), we collect information such as your email address and any profile information you choose to provide. We may also collect your contact details (like email) if you subscribe to updates or contact us for support.
  • Wallet Information: If you interact with AgentX using a cryptocurrency wallet, we collect your public wallet address and associated wallet identifiers. For example, when you connect your crypto wallet or receive an airdrop through our platform, we record your public wallet address as part of providing the service. Please note: A public wallet address is visible on the blockchain; however, we will treat it as personal data when it is linked to you or combined with other identifying information. We do not collect your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Usage Data (Collected Automatically): We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use our Services. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates/times of your visits. We collect usage and traffic data through server logs and analytics tools to understand user interactions and improve our platform.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and analyze our website. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the site function and collect information about your browsing activities. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies; however, some parts of our Service may not function properly without them.

Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to better understand how users interact with our website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about your use of the site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other usage data.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking if you prefer. Google provides a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on that you can install to prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics on all websites. Additionally, depending on your location, our website may present you with a cookie consent banner; you can disable analytics cookies through that tool or through your browser settings at any time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes in order to operate, protect, and enhance AgentX.Network:

  • Providing and Improving the Service: We use your information to operate the AgentX platform and provide you with the features you request. For example, we use your email to create or manage your account and to enable features like xPower access or airdrop distribution, and we use your wallet address to facilitate blockchain transactions or rewards associated with your account.
  • Communications: We may use your contact information (email address) to send you service-related communications. These include confirmations, technical or security notices, updates about features you have signed up for, and responses to any inquiries or support requests you send us.
  • Analytics and Product Development: Usage data and analytics information help us understand user engagement and preferences. We use this information to troubleshoot technical issues, to test and develop new features or services, and to inform our decision-making in improving AgentX.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: We may process personal data (including wallet addresses, IP addresses, and usage logs) to monitor for fraudulent or suspicious activity, to maintain the security of user accounts and the platform, and to investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Legal Compliance: Where necessary, we will use and disclose personal information to comply with our legal obligations. For instance, we may process data to satisfy applicable laws or regulations, to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, or to fulfill reporting obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We understand the importance of keeping your personal data confidential. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for profit. We also do not share your information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. However, we may share certain information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, or customer support.
  • Business Transfers: If AgentX (or substantially all of its assets) is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand).
  • With Your Consent or At Your Direction: We will share your personal data with third parties outside of the above circumstances only if you direct us to do so or explicitly consent to such sharing.

Data Storage and Security

Storage Locations: Your data may be stored and processed on servers in various countries. In particular, if you are located in the EEA or other regions with data protection laws, please note that we may transfer or store your personal information on servers located outside of your region, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Security Measures: We implement a variety of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, firewalls, access controls restricting who within our organization can access your data, and regular security audits of our systems.

Data Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
