Terms of Service

Please Read Carefully: By accessing or using the AgentX.Network website, platform, or any services provided (collectively, the "Platform" or "AgentX"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the operators of AgentX.Network ("AgentX," "we," or "us"). We recommend that you print or save a local copy of these Terms for your records.
1. Overview of the AgentX Platform
AgentX.Network is a decentralized AI agent infrastructure platform that enables users to create, deploy, and interact with autonomous AI agents in a community-driven network. The Platform is fully decentralized, meaning AgentX provides tools and infrastructure but does not centrally control users' agents or data. Users may interact with AgentX via a cryptocurrency wallet connection or through an email-based login, according to their preference. For example, certain features like earning xPower rewards or receiving airdrops (promotional token distributions) might require a user login via wallet or email for identification purposes. AgentX may also offer optional premium features (such as enhanced AI agent capabilities) through paid subscriptions, as described in Section 4. All use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and to any additional guidelines or policies we may post.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement: The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. AgentX is not intended for minors under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 13. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you should use AgentX only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and are otherwise legally qualified to enter into this agreement.
Geographic Use: AgentX.Network is a global platform and does not restrict access based on geography. We do not impose specific regional restrictions; however, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is in compliance with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. By using AgentX, you represent that you are not located in a country or region where use of the Platform would violate any law or governmental regulation (such as embargoes or sanctions) and that you are not on any government-issued list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. Account Registration and Wallet Use
Wallet or Email Login: To access certain features of AgentX, you may need to create an account either by connecting a supported cryptocurrency wallet or by registering with an email address. If you choose to use a crypto wallet login, you will authenticate by signing a message or transaction – no separate password is required as your wallet serves as your identity. If you choose to register with an email, you will provide a valid email address and any other required information, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Security and Non-Custodial Service: AgentX is a non-custodial platform. This means that while you may connect your crypto wallet to interact with the Platform, AgentX does not at any point take custody of or control your cryptocurrency assets, private keys, or wallet passwords. You retain ownership and control of your wallet address at all times; AgentX has no ability to access, recover, or manage your private keys, and we do not store your cryptocurrency on our servers. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and account credentials. If you lose access to your wallet (e.g., loss of your private key or seed phrase) or email account, AgentX cannot recover it for you.
4. Paid Subscriptions and Fees
Premium Services: AgentX may offer optional paid subscription plans or one-time purchases that provide access to premium AI agent features or enhanced usage limits. If you choose to subscribe to a premium plan (for example, to gain expanded agent operational capacity, priority access to new agent tools, or higher xPower earning rates), you agree to pay any associated fees. Pricing and details for subscriptions will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate pricing schedule on the Platform.
Payment Terms: Paid subscription services, if offered, may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually). Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be charged in advance for the next cycle. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the instructions provided on the Platform; cancellation will prevent future renewal charges, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period except where required by law.
xPower and Airdrops: AgentX may occasionally distribute rewards or tokens (such as xPower points or other digital assets) to users as part of promotions, airdrops, or as incentives for platform activity. These rewards are provided at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms. They do not represent any ownership in AgentX or intrinsic monetary value, and we make no guarantees about their present or future value.
5. User-Generated AI Agents and Content
User Responsibility for Agents: AgentX is a platform that empowers users to create and launch their own autonomous AI agents. All AI agents on the Platform are created, configured, and initiated by users – not by AgentX. You are solely responsible for the design, settings, training data, prompts, and behavior of any agent that you create or deploy using our infrastructure. AgentX does not pre-screen, control, or actively monitor the specific activities or outputs of user-created agents, and we do not warrant or guarantee their performance or compliance.
No Agent Monitoring or Guarantees: Because the Platform is decentralized and user-driven, you understand that any content generated by your agent, any decisions or transactions it makes, and any interactions it has with other agents or users are your responsibility, not AgentX's. AgentX does not supervise the real-time behavior of agents and cannot guarantee that an agent will perform as you intend, produce correct or desirable results, or remain under your full control once launched. AgentX disclaims any and all liability for actions, outputs, or omissions of autonomous agents created or used on the Platform.
User Content and Data: In the course of using AgentX, you may input, upload, or generate content – for example, agent code or configurations, training datasets, prompts, textual or multimedia content that agents produce, or other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content and intellectual property rights that you hold in such content. AgentX does not claim ownership over the content or agents you create.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
We expect all users to use AgentX in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to misuse the Platform or help anyone else do so. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Illegal or Harmful Activities: Using the Platform or any agent for unlawful purposes or activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, using agents for fraudulent schemes, spreading malware, engaging in phishing or hacking, money laundering, terrorist financing, harassment, stalking, or any activity that is harmful to others.
- Violation of Rights: Using the Platform in a manner that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. For example, you must not use AgentX or its agents to improperly collect personal data about others (in violation of privacy/data protection laws), to scrape copyrighted content without authorization, or to impersonate any person or entity.
- Interference and Network Abuse: Interfering with or disrupting the normal operations of the Platform, the decentralized networks it relies on, or the experience of other users. This includes attempting to overload the system, introducing viruses or harmful code, exploiting any vulnerabilities or bugs in the Platform, or circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures.
- Malicious or Unethical Agent Behavior: Deploying agents that engage in spamming, automated bulk messaging, or data harvesting in a manner that violates any law or that interferes with Platform operations. You are also prohibited from using agents to manipulate markets or engage in illegal financial activities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
AgentX Intellectual Property: All content, software, code, algorithms, tools, design elements, and materials provided by AgentX on the Platform (excluding User Content as defined in Section 5) are the property of AgentX or its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, the AgentX.Network website design and layout, our proprietary smart contracts or protocols, the AgentX name and logo, and all trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Platform.
User Content and Feedback: As noted in Section 5, you retain ownership of the content, data, and agents you create on AgentX. These Terms do not grant us ownership of your content, but only the limited rights needed to run the Platform. If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform ("Feedback"), you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use and incorporate that Feedback into AgentX without any obligation to compensate you.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
As-Is, As-Available Basis: The AgentX Platform and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory. AgentX and its affiliated parties expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
No Control Over User Agents: You understand and acknowledge that AgentX has no control over user-created agents or third-party services that you might use in conjunction with the Platform. We do not guarantee the actions or outcomes generated by autonomous agents on the Platform. Any decisions or actions taken by your agent are autonomously executed based on your inputs and the agent's programming; AgentX makes no warranties that agents will function as intended or without causing harm.
9. Limitation of Liability
Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AgentX, its founders, developers, affiliates, partners, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any content or agents on the Platform.
No Liability for Agent Actions or Blockchain Transactions: Specifically, AgentX will not be liable for any actions or decisions made by autonomous agents created by users on the Platform, or for any consequences of those actions. This means we are not liable for any content an agent creates, any transaction it executes, or any damages, losses, or legal consequences that result from an agent's operation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentX, its creators, contributors, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "AgentX Parties"), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) that arise out of or relate to: (a) your use of the Platform or any agents in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content or any data or content output by your autonomous agents; (c) your violation of any law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform or your agents; (d) any fraud, negligence, or willful misconduct committed by you; or (e) any breach by you of these Terms.
11. Termination and Suspension
User Termination: You may stop using the AgentX Platform at any time. If you have an account, you may terminate it by discontinuing use (and if applicable, by following any account deletion procedures we provide). Because the Platform is non-custodial, simply disconnecting your wallet will effectively terminate your active use.
Termination by AgentX: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (or certain services within the Platform) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that: (a) you have violated these Terms or any applicable law; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, threatening, or abusive behavior; (c) you have created a security or legal risk by your actions; or (d) you have provided false or misleading information or are engaged in unauthorized use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: We prefer to resolve issues amicably and efficiently. If you have any dispute or claim with us, you agree to first contact us at our support email and attempt to resolve the issue informally. In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
13. Changes to These Terms
AgentX is an evolving platform, and we may need to update or modify these Terms from time to time. AgentX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice to users by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date and/or by sending an email notification or platform message to you. By continuing to access or use the Platform after updated Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

By using or accessing AgentX.Network, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AgentX. We appreciate your participation in our decentralized AI agent community and thank you for abiding by these Terms to keep the Platform safe, lawful, and enjoyable for everyone.
